Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of practicerank.ai and the services provided by Practicerank.ai LLC (“PracticeRank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, requesting a free PracticeRank Score, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
1. Who We Are
PracticeRank is operated by Practicerank.ai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide search, AI-search and local-visibility marketing services to businesses. Our services are provided to businesses, not to consumers, and are not directed to children.
2. The Free PracticeRank Score
We offer an automated audit at no charge. The Score and the accompanying report are generated automatically, including by AI systems, from publicly available information about the website and business you submit. They are provided for information only, on an “as is” basis, and are not a guarantee of results, a professional opinion, or advice. Figures shown in a report, including any opportunity or revenue estimates, are illustrative models based on stated assumptions and published benchmarks. Actual results vary.
You may request an audit only for a website and business you own or are authorised to act for. We may rate-limit or decline requests to protect the service.
3. Services and Scope
Paid services are described in the plan you select and in any written proposal or Client Services Agreement. Where a plan states a monthly amount of work (for example a number of content pieces or citations), that amount is the scope for that month. Work outside the stated scope, including additional location or service pages, is quoted and billed separately. Unused scope does not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Fees, Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. The plan, amount and billing interval are shown to you before you purchase and in your receipt.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same interval and at the then-current rate, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any change to your rate. Sales tax is added where applicable.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend services until payment succeeds.
5. Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account or by telling your account manager. We will confirm your cancellation in writing. Cancelling takes no more steps than signing up did, and we do not require a phone call to cancel.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current period are not pro-rated, except where the guarantee in Section 6 applies or where the law requires otherwise.
6. 90-Day Results-or-Refund Guarantee
If your PracticeRank Score does not improve by at least 20 points within 90 days of your service start date, you may request a full refund of the subscription fees you paid for that 90-day period. To qualify you must have maintained an active subscription for the full period and granted the access described in Section 7, since we cannot deliver or measure the work without it. Request a refund within 30 days of the end of the 90-day period by emailing [email protected].
7. Your Responsibilities
To deliver the services you agree to give us the access we request (for example Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, and your website or CMS), to have the authority to grant that access, and to keep it in place for the term. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us about your business, including claims, credentials, pricing and offers, and for ensuring that content we publish on your behalf complies with the rules of your profession and industry. You approve content before it is published where the plan provides for approval.
8. Use of AI
We use AI systems to produce audits, analysis, content and structured data. AI output can be wrong. We review work before publishing where the plan provides for review, but you remain responsible for approving what is published under your name. 9. Intellectual Property
The site, the PracticeRank Score methodology, our software and our templates remain ours. Content we create and publish for you as part of a paid plan is yours once paid for, and you may keep using it after the engagement ends. You grant us permission to use your name and logo to identify you as a client unless you ask us in writing not to.
10. Acceptable Use
Do not use the site or services to break the law, to submit sites you are not authorised to act for, to interfere with or overload the service, or to access accounts or data that are not yours.
11. No Guarantee of Rankings
Search engines, map platforms and AI assistants control their own rankings and outputs, and change them without notice. We do not control them and cannot guarantee any particular ranking, placement, citation, traffic volume, enquiry volume or revenue. Any figure we publish or model is an estimate, not a promise, except for the specific guarantee in Section 6.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination by Us
We may suspend or end the services for non-payment, for a breach of these Terms, or if continuing would require us to publish something we believe is false, misleading or unlawful. Where we end a plan without cause we refund the unused portion of the current period.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new Effective Date at the top of this page, and for material changes affecting an active subscription we will give notice before they apply to your next renewal.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
